These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Nalux Trade investment platform, including our website at naluxtrade.com, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account or accessing the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
Nalux Trade is a diversified investment platform that deploys investor capital across multiple global asset classes including foreign exchange (forex), cryptocurrency markets, equities, commodities, and real estate. We are operated by Nalux Trade Ltd, registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. All investment activities are subject to applicable regulatory frameworks in the jurisdictions we operate.
We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
1. Eligibility
To register and invest on the Nalux Trade platform, you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater; (b) have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; (c) not be a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where participation in investment platforms of this nature is prohibited or restricted by applicable law; and (d) not be listed on any government sanctions, anti-money laundering (AML), or counter-terrorist financing (CTF) watchlists.
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are met and that the information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Nalux Trade reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility criteria are found to be unmet.
2. Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your login details and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify Nalux Trade immediately at support@naluxtrade.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
Nalux Trade will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you. We reserve the right to disable any account at our sole discretion if we believe a security breach has occurred or is imminent.
3. Investment Plans & Returns
Nalux Trade offers a range of structured investment packages (each, a "Plan"). Each Plan specifies a minimum investment amount, maximum investment amount, return on investment (ROI) rate, investment duration, and payout schedule. These details are clearly displayed on the Platform for each Plan and are binding once you activate a Plan with a confirmed deposit.
All stated ROI rates represent projected returns based on historical performance of our trading strategies across forex, crypto, equities, commodities, and real estate portfolios. While Nalux Trade makes every reasonable effort to achieve the advertised returns, past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Investment returns are subject to market conditions and may vary.
By activating an investment Plan, you acknowledge that: (i) you have independently assessed your financial situation and risk appetite; (ii) you understand that all investments carry inherent risk, including the possible loss of capital; and (iii) you are investing funds that you can afford to commit for the stated duration of the Plan.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits to the Platform must be made using the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of investment. Nalux Trade reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice. Deposits are processed promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe specified in your active Plan. Principal and accrued returns are credited to your platform wallet and can be transferred to your designated payment account upon request. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of business hours will be processed on the next available business day. Nalux Trade reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
Any attempt to withdraw funds through fraudulent means, dispute legitimate transactions, or exploit the Platform in any way will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Platform for any of the following purposes: (a) any unlawful activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of terrorism; (b) attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems; (c) using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Platform without express written consent; (d) impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity; (e) transmitting any malicious code, virus, or harmful data to the Platform; or (f) engaging in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the integrity or performance of the Platform.
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of any pending returns, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
6. Risk Disclosure
All forms of investment carry risk. The value of investments can go down as well as up. Forex, cryptocurrency, equities, commodities, and real estate markets are inherently volatile and subject to rapid price movements driven by factors outside Nalux Trade's control, including geopolitical events, regulatory changes, macroeconomic shifts, and market sentiment.
You should not invest more than you can afford to lose. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice, and Nalux Trade strongly encourages you to seek independent financial advice before committing any capital. Our investment plans and strategies are managed by experienced professionals, but no strategy eliminates the possibility of capital loss.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Nalux Trade Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data, and software, is the exclusive property of Nalux Trade Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.
You may access and view Platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nalux Trade Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of investment capital, even if Nalux Trade has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited on the Platform in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability.
9. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & KYC Policy
Nalux Trade is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of terrorism. As part of our compliance obligations, we are required to verify the identity of all users ("Know Your Customer" or KYC). You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and source of funds documentation before your account is fully activated or before a withdrawal is processed.
Nalux Trade reserves the right to suspend transactions, freeze accounts, or report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable AML regulations. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may close your account by contacting our support team at support@naluxtrade.com, provided that no active investment Plan is currently running. Nalux Trade reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately and without notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated any provision of this Agreement or any applicable law.
Upon termination, any funds remaining in your account wallet (excluding active Plan balances, which remain subject to Plan terms) will be returned to you within a reasonable period, subject to applicable verification requirements.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in London, England, in accordance with the arbitration rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
